The Richardson for President supporters are meeting at Comma Coffee every Tuesday at 5:30pm. Anyone wanting to know more about the Governor Bill Richardson for President campaign, the campaign platform, or the Nevada January caucus is welcome.

The Women's Club will be holding its annual Christmas party meeting on December 8th at 11:30AM in the back conference room of Grandma Hattie's. The price is $15 per person. This year members have been asked to bring the monies usually spent on the gift exchange and make a donation to the Advocates to End Domestic Violence. If you want to know how the 2008 Caucus will work you can attend a mock caucus being sponsored by the Carson City Democrats. This event will be held at 7pm Tuesday December 11 at the AFSCME Local 4041 Building located at 709 East Robinson Street, on the southwest corner of Roop & Robinson. To make a reservation, please call the Carson City Democrats’ Headquarters at 841-DEMS.

The next meeting of the Carson City Democratic Women's Club will be Saturday November 10th at Grandma Hattie's in the Conference Room from 11:30AM to 1:30PM. Carson City Democrats' 2008 Caucus Chair Karen McEntire will lead a mock caucus. All Democrats and friends are welcome. A brunch buffet will be provided and is $12 per person. Due to the Democratic Presidential Debate in Las Vegas on November 15, the November meeting of the Carson City Democratic Men's club has been cancelled. The next meeting is scheduled for December 20. Details to follow.
