The Great Basin Party/Rally for Global Warming Wise Leadership
Saturday November 3, 2007 1-4 PM
Comma Coffee, 312 S. Carson Street, Carson City
1-3pm OUTSIDE: Dance Party with The PostMon as DJ
INSIDE: Sign Making and Citizen Dialogues
3:00pm Rally begins with awards for fastest and slowest time to walk, bike, and run to the event, best Abraham Lincoln and Uncle Sam costume, and best recitation of Martin Luther King quote.
3:30pm Group photo to send to local and national leaders and to the Step It Up headquarters.
If you only have 30 minutes to participate, just come for the group photo. Who is invited? All Great Basin men, women, and children who are concerned about global warming and want to be part of the solution.
